Shipping policy

  • For purchases within Hong Kong exceeding HKD$500, free shipping is available via SF Express self-pickup or door-to-door delivery. For orders under HKD$500, a flat shipping rate of HKD$38 applies at checkout.
  • Shipping Time 
    • Order Processing/Handling Time: 1-2 business days. 
    • Transit Time for In-Stock Items: 1-3 business days. 
    • Transit Time for Pre-ordered Items: 7-12 business days.
  • If an order contains both ordered and in-stock items, we will wait for all items in the order before shipping them together. If you require in-stock items to be received first, please indicate this in the payment notes or contact us. If these items are shipped separately and do not meet the free shipping requirement, shipping fees will be collected upon delivery.
