Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as subscriptions, pre-orders, or trial-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel such purchases.

Subscriptions:

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring shipping services. These are based on the duration and frequency of your chosen subscription.

Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each shipment unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their validity period. You can cancel your subscription if you do not wish to renew it.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders:

When you purchase pre-order items, you are purchasing items that are out of stock or are about to be released but are not yet in stock. We may not collect any payment at checkout or may collect a partial deposit, store your payment method, and then pay the full or remaining amount at a future date.

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet shipped but for which you have made partial payment. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more detailed information on returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.

Try Before You Buy:

When you purchase a Try Before You Buy item, we will authorize your payment method before the order ships. You will have some time to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once that period has passed, if you do not return the item, we will charge you the full amount through your payment method.
